Shanghai Jiangxing supplies replacement plates, gaskets, frame components and PHE accessories for our own units and for plate heat exchanger models whose identifiers and dimensions can be verified. Plate material grade and the accompanying material documentation are matched to the confirmed order, and gasket compounds are produced to the specification agreed for that order.
Replacement plates and gaskets are a practical way to extend the service life of an existing plate heat exchanger instead of buying a new unit. Third-party brand and model names are used only to identify the equipment a part is intended to fit; we are not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by those manufacturers, and fit is confirmed against the model, plate code and measured dimensions before quotation.
We support customers with stock identification (using nameplate, plate pattern photo or sample plate), recommendation of gasket compound based on current and planned service, and inventory programs for sites with multiple units.
