Overview
Shanghai Jiangxing supplies replacement plates, gaskets, frame components and PHE accessories for our own units and for many common plate heat exchanger brands and models. All replacement plates are pressed from certified stainless or alloy material with the original plate geometry and corner pattern, and gaskets are produced from compounds matched to the original specification.
OEM-equivalent replacement is the most cost-effective way to extend the service life of an existing plate heat exchanger — typically 30–60 % below the cost of original-brand spare parts at equal or better material grade.
We support customers with stock identification (using nameplate, plate pattern photo or sample plate), recommendation of gasket compound based on current and planned service, and inventory programs for sites with multiple units.
