Every enquiry follows the same route: we size the unit against your duty, build it against the confirmed drawing, inspect and test it before shipment, and document what was supplied. These three sections describe each stage in detail.
How an order moves through our workshop
Selection & engineering
Duty, flow rates, temperatures, fluids and allowable pressure drop are reviewed before a model is proposed. Material and gasket choices follow the fluid and operating window, not a catalogue default.
Manufacturing
Plate pressing, tube bundle fabrication, frame production and assembly are carried out in sequence against the confirmed order drawing.
Inspection & testing
Incoming material checks, welding and assembly checks, dimensional inspection and pressure testing are performed before packing.
Documentation & delivery
Drawings, test records, nameplate data and export documents are prepared with the shipment, scoped to what the order and destination require.
